Three boxes / hole in floor (Storage Room)
When you pick up the remote control, a bigger version of if should appear front and center of your screen. You then use the big remote controll to guide the magnet and bring the three boxes over to your side. Once the door is unblocked, use the magnet to lift yourself up and across the hole in the floor.
How to go through room with the hole on the floor
There are 3 boxes covering the door, a big chasm on the ground that when you fall in you come back through the grandfather clock on the wall. I've tried the remote control on the magnet but it doesn't even move. Help please.
re: Dog, fridge (Doghouse)
Move the lever over by the frying pan to open the fridge. You'll use the lever again soon to open and close the trapdoor, so you might want to test the three lever positions.
Re: Den (bookcase)
Push the box over to the bookcase. Flip the switch to see the three special books. Touch those books in this order: yellow, blue, red. You'll need to hop on the box before you try red. Then, something will slide and the key will be revealed.
Room with dog and fridge/freezer
I am stuck on this room. I can move the dog's bowl with the pole, but I can't open the fridge/freezer door.. I'm guessing it has something to do with the lever thing on the wall but I don't know what that means :(

i am stuck in the bunker i have got the combination with the ball but cannot buildthe robot any help pls

Whets the key? I have move the box to the bookshelf and touched every book possible... No moving of the bookcase. F1 says to go to the basement??? Where's the basement???
Mirrors/lasers
I just did the room again. It is definitely CBA. You'll know you hit the letters correctly if they turn green. I left out something before. You first have to zap the chandelier and then flip the switch again to zap C. Did that make the difference?
Mirror Laser room
I tried 'C' 'B' 'A' and 'C' 'A' 'B' combo and still can't get out - Help please!
